Red Devils practice against Montenegro on Wednesday 5 June at 8.30pm

Match against Luxembourg moved to Saturday 8 June at 8.00pm

The Red Devils' preparation programme for the European Championship is taking shape. The two friendly matches on Belgian soil are confirmed. On Wednesday 5 June at 8.30pm, the Devils play Montenegro at the King Baudouin Stadium. The second opponent was already known: Luxembourg. However, that match will be moved to Saturday 8 June. Kick-off will be at 8pm at the King Baudouin Stadium.

Montenegro as first opponent

Montenegro – number 70 in the FIFA rankings – will visit King Baudouin Stadium on Wednesday 5 June. Both teams played each other only once before: in May 2012, the clash at King Baudouin Stadium ended 2-2. Kevin Mirallas and Eden Hazard scored for the Devils.

Match against Luxembourg moved to Saturday evening

On Sunday 9 June, Belgians go to the polls for the European, federal, and regional elections. Therefore – in consultation with the city of Brussels and media partners – it has been decided to move the friendly match to Saturday evening 8 June. Kick-off will be at 8pm at the King Baudouin Stadium.
