RBFA launches series about Red Devils European cChampionship qualification campaign
The first episode of Believe can be seen from today in the RBFA app and on jupiler.be

The Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) is launching – in collaboration with Jupiler – the series Believe, about the qualification campaign for the 2024 European Championship in Germany. For six episodes, various Devils and fascinating supporters tell their personal story, with the passion for the Devils as the common thread. The first episode – starring Dodi Lukebakio – is available from today in the RBFA app, op jupiler.be and on VTM GO and RTLplay. Later, Eden Hazard and Jan Vertonghen, among others, also make an appearance.
“We are pleased to be able to realise this premium series together with Jupiler, to give fans a unique insight into the qualifying campaign for the European Championship. Each episode of Believe tells the story of a Red Devil and several fans. Believe visualizes the importance of daring to dream, the belief in victory and the human stories behind football.”
– Daf Van Campenhout, content manager RBFA
In the heads of the players, in the hearts of the fans
The first episode is all about a new impetus for the Devils, personified by Dodi Lukebakio. He tells how he turned the switch after the early elimination at the world cup and gained the confidence of the new national coach during the first qualifying match for the European championship. “When I arrived in the dressing room, just before warming up, I saw my name. And then I said to myself: Okay Dodi, your moment has come. It's up to you to make it happen.” And he makes it happen, under the approving eye of supporter Luc. As an avid Devils supporter, Luc follows the team closely, and he believes in the Red Devils more than ever.
The second episode revolves around the most famous Devil supporter. Former captain Eden Hazard experiences an emotional evening when the Belgian fans give him a send-off during the home game against Austria. One of those fans is Kevin, who doesn't want to miss the farewell of his great hero for anything. Like Eden, he is a former Red Devil, who as a Blind Devil represented Belgium at international tournaments for the blind and partially sighted. Eden and Kevin talk about the role football played, and will continue to play, in their lives.
Bakayoko, Amadou Onana and Jan Vertonghen, among others, tell how they experience the qualifying matches, as do various fans. And so is Believe not only an ode to the Red Devils, but also to their supporters.
"We are proud to have created the Believe series in collaboration with the Royal Belgian Football Association. This TV series not only shows the way to the European Championship, but also Jupiler 's long-standing relationship with the Red Devils and our supporters. The Red Devils story starts a new chapter and does so with the confidence of the fans in a new generation of players. "Supporters know why" is more than a slogan, we support our talents together and believe in the power of togetherness, both on and off the field.”
– Alexandre Wellens, marketing director Jupiler
The first episode is already available on the RBFA app and on jupiler.be. The second episode – with Eden Hazard – will be shown in avant-première to 200 members of Fan Club 1895 on and will be available online from September 7.
