As the 2023-2024 football season approaches, the Professional Refereeing Department of the RBFA is pleased to invite you to its annual press conference.

Stephanie Forde, operational director of the Professional Refereeing Department, will present tthe new strategic plan for professional refereeing. Bertrand Layec, technical director of the Professional Refereeing Department, will outline the laws of the game changes, the VAR line of intervention and the guidelines for referees.
Members of the Professional Refereeing Department will be available for interviews.
